I need advice on good spray tanning salons in Northeast/Eastcentral Wisconsin..?

I have fair skin and dark brown hair.

I have a formal coming up and have a nice "prom" dress.

My arms and legs almost glow...so I need to tan somehow, but I want to do it safely, and they are the safest effective way.

I need like a how to or step by step process to help me to know what to do when I'm there too.

Or if you have a good alternitive...
