Well i agree with green earth mom, when our hair is up we are in serious mood. Ready to get anything done. But with our hair down. It brings change in us. And we know that guys like hair down. And just being playful comes with the good mood.

depends on the girl...sometimes it's the other way around....i know someone when her hair is up she's like a tomboy, but when her hair is down she's like, looks mature, and is really serious...i perfer my hair down though!!
