ok. so my school has a snowball coming up. None of the posters tell us what to wear except "look good, but don't spend too much" one of my friends says this means semiformal... but I've never been one for fashion so I'm not really sure what is considered semi formal. Should i get like a long skirt or a summer dress or do i wear something formal and not do my hair and nails?

it means not school clothes but also not to dressy like for a wedding. try dressing as you would if you were going out to a nice restaurant or recital.

do not do nails you always have to do your hair maybe and a dark pair of jenas and a party dressy top maybe a long baby doll top with a little wrap around your bust.

WELL, THE WORD "SEMI" MEANS HALF OR PARTIAL. SO I BELIEVE SEMIFORMAL WOULD MEAN LIKE CASUAL. LOOK NICE OR DESCENT BUT DON'T GO OVERBOARD.I STILL SAY GET YOUR NAILS AND HAIR DONE. GIRL I KEEP MY HAIR AND NAILS DONE IT DOES NOT MATTER WHERE I AM GOING. JUST DO CASUAL WEAR.
