Tomorrow is my winter formal and I was wodering how to do my make up and my hair. I'm going to be wearing a black dress and black heels.

Shimmery eyeshadow and natural lipgloss! That always looks great! You can always just leave your hair down for the inexpencive way or you can get an up do! HAVE FUN!

do u have black hair?? cause if you do, wearing it down may be too much blackkk... consider putting into like a half ponytail or curl it and put it in some sort of loose bun thing with bobby pins. (seventeen.com has alot of ideas for hairstyles for different hair lengths and stuff with steps)

as for makeup, add some color! if you do have black hair, try some pinks to spice it up a little. don't go to overboard tho, keep it natural because it will probably get a little messed up anyway!

if you wear jewelery, see if you can go with some colors too and not just regular diamonds or pearls.... a cute colored necklace or earrings will really add a little spice to the black dress and shoes

hmm...well i guess you have black or dark brown hair so id start off with a nude color from your browline to your eye. Then i would do a dark brown from the top of your eyelid to the bottom. and to top it off you could do a black accent color to give a really good smokey dramatic look. Maybe also a little black eyeliner on the bottom lid and two coats of black eyeliner. You wouldnt wanna do too much color because you have so much black in your outfit. For your blus I would do a softer peachier or bronze color (depending on your skin tone) because you have so much focus on your eyes and a nice claer sparkly lip gloss. For your hai I would curl it if it is straight or straighten it if it were curly and put it up in a nice formal bun or half-up-half-down with a glittery rhonestone hair peice. Hope you have fun!

go to a local salon and have them create a nice updo for you. then go to MAC in the mall and get your make-up done.

Light purple sparkly eye shadow with a bit of smoky eye maybe in the corners of your eye. A nice peachy pink lipgloss would look nice as well. As for your hair, whatever looks best with your face, but an updo with a few tendrils would look nice, if you have black hair and a black dress, you might not want the hair down, as this would give too monochromatic a look.
