What kind of dress would you suggest to wear to...?

This thing that my friend is putting on. It's gonna be huge, like 200 people there, and you're supposed to dress like you're on the red carpet, but it's semi formal and there's dancing.

So pictures of dresses, make-up/hair suggestions would all be veryyy much appreciated.

Ah and I'm also fair skinned, with dark brown hair and blue eyes. My style is kinda indie-ish I suppose. I'm 105 lbs, and 5'3" and I am also 16 years old.

I think a type of "little black dress" would be nice for you. I would say something knee-length so it makes you look even taller.
