Okay..So I'm going to thing thing for my school on Friday night..It's basically a prom for like 9th grade and up..And, I'm trying to decide what to do with my hair. I'll be wearing this dress http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b346/r... (excuse the spray painted sides..It was my hands and it looked weird! haha.)
My hair is normally long, brown, %26amp; straight. I kinda wanna wear it down, b/c my boyfriend likes it that way. But, I also wanna do something fun and different (nothing too wild looking).
I was thinking maybe something like this--

But, I kinda want something younger looking too..those are just kinda old and boring to me..I'm not 100% again an updo..I just don't know what I want..lol:P Can anyone help me?

Try a partial updo, and wave your hair like the examples you gave =]:

use scrunching gel when your hair is wet. blow dry it while scrunching, and then if your hair is frizzy use a smoothing cream (suave or herbal essences) and then use a curling iron and curl random pieces, making your hair look more messy and less hollywood-like

Well, it all depends. How much does it cost??? that allways matters. and which one do you think would look best on you? those are the only things...

I think both photos you chose are classy and would look beautiful with your dress. Since the dress is quite fancy with the beading, wearing your hair down will keep it from being too over-the-top. Keep the curls soft and not too "crunchy" with product. If you're worried about hair getting in your face, but still don't want an updo, get some small rhinestone clips and just pin back the very front. What is nice about this style is that it's quite simple and you should be able to do it yourself without a trip to the salon. Most important though, have fun!!!
