I need a nice comfortable outfit i can wear to a restaurant?

i am going on vacation and i need an outfit for when we go out to eat even at night florida is warm

i need a nice top that isn't to revealing or to casual or even to formal, i need some cute shorts9not to short) or capris or light jeans, i need a sweater, kinda formal, i don't want a skirt, it has to be a little simple with a little bit of formal in it, it has to be appropriate( it has to be grandparents appropriate because they are coming on vacation with us)

i am 14 going on 15 a girl with brown eyes and brown hair fair skin i am 5' 3'' and am pretty skinny no low v-necks more towards an a-line if anything cute t-shirts will work but no name of the store on them and they have to be kinda formal so really nothing written on them at all jeans will work and i hate white pants i know i'm specific but i want this to look good and because i'm not to good at putting clothes together so that they look really good myself i need help cause i need a whole outfit from top to bottom thanx!
